Responsibilities:
Delivery Manager with 5 years of experience in Informatica.
Responsibilities:
Senior Advisor
Context & Objectives
Provide strategic oversight of the IDMC platform ensuring scalability alignment with Informatica best practices and proactive risk management in a high-volumetry enterprise environment.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise global evolution of MDM and CAI architecture
Challenge and validate integration and data management design decisions
Anticipate performance scalability and observability risks
Coordinate escalation management with Informatica
Drive proactive improvements (e.g. performance optimization before incidents occur)
Conduct weekly strategy sessions and internal technical workshops
Support management reporting and executive steering
Deliverables
Strategic roadmap recommendations
Governance inputs and executive reporting
Performance and scalability improvement proposals
Escalation follow-up documentation
Required Technical Skills
Advanced expertise in IDMC ecosystem (MDM CAI/iPaaS Data Integration Data Quality)
Strong knowledge of Golden Record design match/merge survivorship rules
Deep understanding of API-led integration and ESB patterns
Experience with large-scale multi-source MDM platforms
Performance tuning and operability governance experience
Functional / Business Skills
Executive-level communication
Vendor coordination (Informatica collaboration)
Proactive risk management mindset
Strategic thinking with operational awareness
Experience & Seniority
Enterprise-scale MDM program experience
Expected workload : 10% part time 05 days per week
