We are seeking a Administrative Assistant to support growing law firms with billing management and client communications. This role is essential in ensuring accurate timely billing and maintaining professional client relationships. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional with hands-on legal billing experience who thrives in a fast-paced virtual environment.

Key Responsibilities
Billing Management: Manage and process billing cycles using Clio Manage including time entries invoices and payment processing.
Accuracy & Tracking: Track billable hours and ensure data integrity across multiple legal matters.
Coordination: Act as a liaison between attorneys and clients regarding billing updates inquiries and reconciliations.
Collections: Proactively follow up on outstanding invoices and manage past-due payments.
Documentation: Maintain organized billing records and detailed logs of client communications.
Administrative Support: Assist with document management scheduling and professional correspondence via email and client portals.
Required Qualifications
Education: Bachelors degree (Completed).
Technical Expertise: Direct hands-on experience with Clio Manage (billing timekeeping or client management functions).
Industry Experience: Prior experience working within a law firm or legal services environment.
Remote Proficiency: Experience as a Remote Assistant or in a virtual professional role.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Reliability: A dedicated remote workspace with a reliable high-speed internet connection.
Preferred Qualifications
Bilingual Skills: Proficiency in Spanish (written and verbal) is a plus but not required.
Multi-Attorney Support: Experience supporting multiple attorneys or departments simultaneously.
Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of legal billing procedures and terminology.
