Job Summary

Minuteman High School is seeking a qualified Junior Class Advisor for the school year. This is a stipend position with responsibilities and compensation detailed below.Major Responsibilities:
  • Host yearly elections of officers.
  • Hold monthly meetings with officers.
  • Have at minimum 2 fundraisers per year.
  • Work with other advisors as needed to plan multi-class events.
  • Supervise all planed events.
  • Work with Business Office to follow all school policies around fundraising.
  • Follow all policies and procedures in regard to tracking spending holding and saving money.
  • Plan Implement and supervise fieldtrips following school procedures and policies.
  • Complete an approved Program of Work.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Excellent communication and organization skills.
  • Ability to quickly establish rapport with students parents and staff.
Additional Requirements:
  • This position includes but is not limited to: interacting with the public walking around the school standing for periods occasionally lifting and carrying items reading documents using a computer listening and speaking using office equipment maintaining energy throughout the day and handling stress effectively.
Terms of Employment:
  • Stipend Position.
Effective Dates of Employment:
  • This is a stipend position for the 2026-2027 school year.
  • The person who fills this position will be the contact for any relevant and important information prior to the start of the school year.
Supervisor:
  • Principal.
Compensation:
  • The total stipend for this position is $3147 for the entire assignment.
