Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Generation & Prospecting
    • Identify qualify and engage potential customers through calls emails and digital channels.
    • Maintain a healthy pipeline of opportunities across the US and Canada.
  • Sales Execution
    • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations virtually.
    • Negotiate pricing terms and contracts to close deals effectively.
    • Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Customer Relationship Management
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
    • Provide consultative support to customers ensuring their needs are met.
    • Collaborate with account managers and customer success teams for smooth onboarding.
  • Market Insights
    • Stay updated on industry trends competitor activities and regional market dynamics.
    • Provide feedback to marketing and product teams to refine offerings.
  • CRM & Reporting
    • Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM systems.
    • Prepare regular reports on pipeline status forecasts and performance metrics.
Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or related field (preferred).
  • 2 4 years of inside sales or business development experience ideally in the US/Canada market.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with a persuasive approach.
  • Experience working with CRM tools (Salesforce HubSpot or similar).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Comfortable working across time zones and managing virtual meetings.
