Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Identify qualify and engage potential customers through calls emails and digital channels.
- Maintain a healthy pipeline of opportunities across the US and Canada.
- Sales Execution
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations virtually.
- Negotiate pricing terms and contracts to close deals effectively.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Provide consultative support to customers ensuring their needs are met.
- Collaborate with account managers and customer success teams for smooth onboarding.
- Market Insights
- Stay updated on industry trends competitor activities and regional market dynamics.
- Provide feedback to marketing and product teams to refine offerings.
- CRM & Reporting
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM systems.
- Prepare regular reports on pipeline status forecasts and performance metrics.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or related field (preferred).
- 2 4 years of inside sales or business development experience ideally in the US/Canada market.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with a persuasive approach.
- Experience working with CRM tools (Salesforce HubSpot or similar).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Comfortable working across time zones and managing virtual meetings.
