Sales & Operations Coordinator
Job Summary
Role Objective
Ensure seamless execution of trades post deal closure by managing MIS collections payments
and coordination between clients and suppliers. Acts as the control tower ensuring capital discipline
and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
1. MIS & Reporting
Maintain daily trading MIS (deals dispatch payments outstanding)
Prepare daily/weekly reports
Ensure data accuracy and real-time updates
2. Collections
Track customer-wise outstanding and due dates
Ensure timely collections with strong follow-ups
Coordinate with sales team for commitments
Flag delays or risks proactively
3. Payments Management
Coordinate supplier payments as per terms
Ensure no delays impacting supply
Work with finance team on payment planning
4. Client Servicing
Act as SPOC post-deal for dispatch updates and issue resolution
Ensure smooth customer experience and retention
5. Supplier Coordination
Coordinate dispatch timelines and documentation
Ensure timely shipment execution
Resolve supply-side issues

14 years in trading/distribution/operations
Strong Excel and MIS skills
Good coordination and communication
High attention to detail
