Job Summary
SharePoint Developer.
- Job description:
- Build libraries in SharePoint Online (SPO) sites based on data provided by Information Management Analyst.
- Includes custom metadata columns and content types/document sets.
- Assist in developing a process to transfer files from legacy repositories (shared drives SharePoint on Prem legacy SPO) to new libraries.
- We have access to ShareGate licences but are not sure if it is the best/most efficient option.
- Includes creating training materials for teams moving the files.
- Assist in identifying areas where automated flows can streamline process and develop flows.
- Needs to include documentation on how flow is built and how to update/maintain flow.
- Identify knowledge gaps relating to SPO site/library construction and automated processes and educate IM team members.
- If needed develop educational materials for end users as well.
