ServiceNow User Acceptance Tester Intern (May Co-op or Internship Opportunity 4 Months)

The Opportunity:

Were looking for an intern to join our ServiceNow team for a 4-month opportunity. ServiceNow is a cloud-based Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) that enables organizations to automate digitize and streamline business workflows across IT HR and customer service. The ServiceNow team manages maintains and adds to this platform based upon the needs of our business users. This role will report to the Manager ServiceNow role.

A typical day would involve:

• Checking in with the team during the daily scrum and providing daily updates
• Reviewing UAT tasks for potential missing edge cases or additional test scripts
• Reviewingand completing/documenting UAT tasks
• Collaborating with developers on findings and defects

• Curious & innovative - You always do your research and analyze it to assess and recommend a course of action considering industry best practices
• A team player - you can engage with members of your team as well as cross-functional teams and are willing to collaborate across projects and initiatives.

You have:

• Current enrollment or recent graduation from an undergraduate program within an applicable field and eligible for co-op/internship opportunities
• An interest or knowledge of programming and User Acceptance Testing
• A willingness to work in a highly flexible environment with multiple competing priorities.
• A high level of attention to detail

Bonus points if you have:

• Experience with programming languages scripting or user acceptance testing

What Youll Earn:

This role offers a pay range of $27.85/hr.
