Job Summary
General Profile:
Experience navigating Windows applications installation and basicnetworking knowledge
2 years of professional experience with SQL CRM tools windows servers
Previous background experience working as IT or technical support
- Strong written & verbal communication skills
- Strong cross-functional team leadership skills
- Flexible schedule
- Working hours : 7 p.m. to 1 a.m. Monday to Saturday
- Remote position
Responsibility Statements
- Monitors applications or infrastructure using industry-standard tools or completes SOP based work.
- Maintains task-based queue for completed tickets in the order received or based on criticality.
- Provides support for installations troubleshoots local applications and database issues.
- Assists Operations Engineers with designing and implementing new solutions.
- Assists in maintaining and updating documentation.
- Provides onsite and remote assistance.
- Participates in planning daily meetings and backlogs sessions.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Complies with all policies and standards.
