Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Application Support IT professional with strong expertise in SAP applications within a Manufacturing environment. The role focuses on supporting maintaining and enhancing business applications-primarily SAP ERP and SAP Business Warehouse (BW)-to ensure stable operations process efficiency and continuous improvement across manufacturing business functions.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience supporting SAP in a manufacturing setting strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams across the US and Canada.

Key Responsibilities

Provide application support for SAP ERP and SAP Business Warehouse (BW) systems used in manufacturing operations.
Support core manufacturing business processes including production planning materials management supply chain finance and reporting.
Act as a Level 2/Level 3 support resource troubleshooting application issues performing root-cause analysis and coordinating with SAP functional and technical teams.
Monitor application performance ensure system availability and manage incident problem and change requests.
Collaborate with business users to understand requirements and translate them into application solutions or enhancements.
Support system upgrades patches enhancements and testing activities in SAP environments.
Work closely with IT infrastructure security and external vendors to ensure compliance and system stability.
Create and maintain application documentation SOPs and knowledge base articles.
Provide user support training and guidance for SAP-related business applications.
Participate in global or regional IT initiatives and projects as required.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Bachelors degree in computer science Information Technology or a related field.
2 10 years of experience supporting business applications in a Manufacturing environment.
Strong hands-on experience with SAP Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and SAP Business Warehouse (BW).
Solid understanding of manufacturing processes and SAP integration with business functions
Open to travel as required between the Terre Haute IN Delaware or Canada . Must be able to travel between 3 sites.
