Job Summary

What Youll Be Part Of
As an Analyst on our Industrial & Logistics Real Estate Investment team youll work alongside experienced leaders who have shaped the modern logistics real estate a highly entrepreneurial growth-oriented environment youll gain exposure to the full investment lifecyclefrom sourcing and underwriting to due diligence financing asset management and dispositions. This is a hands-on role offering exceptional deal exposure and the opportunity to develop top-tier analytical and investment skills.
Your Impact
In this role you will be responsible for supporting the underwriting acquisition and ongoing analysis of industrial and logistics real estate assets.
Key responsibilities include:
Investment Analysis & Modeling
  • Build maintain and refine Excel and Argus Enterprisefinancial models for:
    • Acquisitions
    • Development / construction draw schedules
    • Leasing scenarios (new deals renewals tenant expansions)
    • Financing and refinancing
    • Capital events and investor reporting
  • Calculate and interpret core real estate metrics including IRR equity multiple cap rates cash-on-cash returns and JV waterfalls.
Acquisition Support & Due Diligence
  • Assist in all aspects of acquisition due diligence including:
    • Market research and competitive supply analysis
    • Review of property financials leases and operating statements
    • Coordination of thirdparty reports
    • Site visits and tenant interviews
  • Compile supporting analysis and recommendations for Investment Committee materials.
Investment Committee & Reporting
  • Prepare professional datadriven:
    • Investment Committee memoranda
    • Offering memoranda and marketing materials
    • Portfolio and corporate-level financial reports
  • Oversee recurring monthly quarterly and annualreporting requirements for investors and lenders.
Asset Management & Dispositions
  • Maintain portfolio models tracking cash flow capital availability and investor distributions.
  • Support the disposition process including:
    • Underwriting sale scenarios
    • Managing data rooms and due diligence requests
    • Preparing offering materials and financial packages.
What You Bring
  • Some experienceas an analyst or associate in real estate finance investment banking consulting or a related quantitative field.
  • Proficiency with Argus Enterpriseand advanced Excelmodeling skills.
  • Strong understanding of real estate financial concepts including discounted cash flow modeling JV structures and distribution waterfalls.
  • Bachelors degree in Finance Real Estate Economics or a related discipline.
  • Excellent analytical writing and communication skills; able to present complex information clearly.
  • Self-starter with strong organizational skills attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Curiosity initiative and a desire to grow within the industrial/logistics real estate sector.

  • 401K:Bridge Investment Group will match your contributions dollar-for-dollar up to 6% of your pay. These contributions are fully vested immediately. Eligible employees are automatically enrolled at a 4% contribution rate. *The employee must be at least 21 years of age and have worked for the Company for at least 60 days.
  • Paid Time Off: Employee will accrue 5.23 hours of paid time off per pay period for a total of 17 days per year.
  • 11 Paid Holidays per year.
  • Following six (6) months of employment at the Company you will be eligible per birth adoption or placement of a child for four (4) weeks of paid parental leave as the primary caregiver to the child or two weeks of paid parental leave as the secondary caregiver to the child. Following two years of employment at the Company you will be eligible for twelve weeks of paid parental leave per birth adoption or placement of a child if you are the primary caregiver of the child.
  • Tuition Reimbursement: Up to $5000 per year of pre-approved tuition expenses will be reimbursed upon submission of approved documentation. Repayment obligations may apply if employment terminates prior to 24 months.
