Job Summary
Job Summary (List Format): CPQ Analyst / ERP Systems Engineer Luminii (Architectural LED Lighting)
- Configure and Maintain CPQ System:
- Set up and manage product attributes configuration logic pricing structures BOM generation and documentation within the Configure One (Revalize) CPQ platform.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system errors and discrepancies related to pricing configuration and BOMs.
- Implement product updates enhancements and lifecycle changes in the CPQ system.
- ERP Integration and Data Flow:
- Support and coordinate integration between Configure One CPQ and NetSuite ERP systems.
- Ensure accurate data flow for BOMs costing and order processing.
- Maintain alignment between CPQ outputs and manufacturing planning and fulfillment processes.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Serve as the internal subject matter expert for CPQ during the contract period.
- Collaborate with Product Management Engineering Sales and Operations teams to translate product updates into system configurations.
- Provide day-to-day support to Inside Sales for configuration and quoting issues.
- Act as liaison between departments to ensure system accuracy and operational needs.
- Documentation and System Mapping:
- Develop and maintain clear documentation of product logic pricing and configuration structure.
- Document workflows and configuration frameworks primarily using Excel to support knowledge transfer and system continuity.
- Maintain organized records of system changes bug fixes and improvements.
- Process Improvement and Optimization:
- Identify and implement opportunities to streamline and automate quoting and configuration workflows.
- Improve configuration efficiency and reduce manual intervention.
- Support system optimization initiatives during integration and acquisition periods.
- Required Skills & Experience:
- Strong experience with CPQ systems (Configure One/Revalize preferred but not required).
- Experience integrating CPQ systems with NetSuite ERP.
- Advanced Excel skills for system mapping and documentation.
- Experience working in environments undergoing acquisitions is a plus.
- Analytical and detail-oriented approach to system configuration and troubleshooting.
- Work Environment:
- Onsite in Niles IL to start; hybrid (3 days onsite/2 days remote) after onboarding.
- 6 month contract with potential extensions.
- Opportunity to work within a growing acquisition-driven organization in the architectural lighting industry.
