The Technical Project Manager will provide project management to the data systems supporting the work of the Office of Child Care Health and Safety the Office of Access Enrollment & Policy and other offices in the Division of Early Learning.
Primary projects for this role include the development of a new child care licensing platform/data system enhancements to the Child Care Subsidy Program attendance tracking system support of web portals development of new reporting tools and other technology-related work to support the mission for child care and early learning.
This position will also create and maintain project documentation for the Divisions data systems. This position will manage technical projects and data system development to support the administration of public child care programs licensing and health and safety standards data collection and other key Division initiatives to increase data capacity and more efficient technology.
You will manage timelines and scopes for technical projects identify and facilitate solutions for system bugs provide technical support and plan and support user acceptance testing for new projects and features across various statewide databases state agencies and partner organizations.
