Position Summary The Distribution Clerk is responsible for supporting the efficient movement organization and tracking of medical equipment and supplies within a warehouse environment. This role includes distributing hospital pumps folding and preparing boxes for storage and shipment maintaining accurate supply chain logs and assisting with inventory tracking to ensure timely delivery of materials to internal departments and healthcare facilities.
The ideal candidate is organized reliable and able to perform physical tasks in a fast-paced warehouse setting.
Key Responsibilities -
Receive organize and distribute hospital pumps and other medical equipment within the warehouse and designated areas.

Fold assemble and prepare boxes and packaging materials for equipment storage and shipment.

Maintain accurate supply chain and distribution logs including tracking the movement of materials and equipment.

Assist with inventory tracking and documentation to ensure materials are accounted for and properly stored.
-
Support warehouse operations by staging and organizing equipment for distribution.
-
Follow established safety and handling procedures for medical equipment and supplies.
-
Assist with general warehouse organization and cleanliness.
-
Communicate with supervisors regarding inventory levels supply needs and distribution schedules.
-
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications -
High School Diploma or proof of GED required.

Previous warehouse distribution or supply chain experience preferred.

Ability to maintain accurate logs and follow inventory tracking procedures.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Basic understanding of warehouse safety practices.
Physical Requirements -
Ability to lift and move materials up to 20 pounds.

Ability to stand walk bend and move throughout the warehouse for extended periods.

Ability to handle boxes medical equipment and distribution materials safely.
