Commissioning Project Engineer

A Commissioning Project Engineer supports the delivery of data center capacity through managing project milestone auditing calibration and commissioning execution for new construction and Capital Improvement Projects (CIPP).

Physical Requirements:
Walk job sites in uneven terrain
Work at heights and from ladders
Regularly walk use hands and fingers reach with hands and arms stoop kneel crouch or crawl
Lift and/or move up to 49 pounds; and participate in group lifts for 50 pounds or more
Work in a noisy environment
Work in environments that are colder or hotter than a normal office environment
Work shifts longer than eight hours in duration with potential for night and weekends

Career Development:
12-month minimum timeline to advance to Commissioning Engineer (CxE) role

Key job responsibilities
Manage project milestone auditing and calibration with partner teams
Create and maintain Procore tooling for project setup and tracking
Develop and implement Modeled Change Management (MCM)
Manage commissioning vendor (CxA) relationships and deliverables
Track and report project metrics and observations
Create Scope of Work (SOW) documents
Support commissioning execution for Phase 1 and Follow-on Room (FOR) projects
Coordinate with stakeholders across data center regions

- Bachelors degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or 1 years of relevant discipline work experience
- Experience in vendor management
- Experience in a data center or other critical environment
- Experience in data center engineering or operations

- 3 years of construction or project management experience
- Electrical or mechanical Journeyman License
- operating engineering license such as DC II DC III or equivalent
- Experience in construction or project management

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience qualifications and location.
