Seeking a Senior Controls Engineer with 10 years of experience to lead advanced industrial automation and mission-critical control system projects.

While our U.S. headquarters is based in Phoenix we have offices nationwide and globally. This role is on-site in Phoenix Salt Lake City or Cedar Rapids depending on candidate location.

What Youll Do:

Design program and commission PLC-based control systems
Develop HMI/SCADA applications (Ignition preferred)
Integrate systems using Modbus TCP/IP and other industrial protocols
Work with Rockwell (ControlLogix CompactLogix PlantPAx) Siemens and Modicon platforms
Develop logic using Ladder Function Block and Structured Text
Lead troubleshooting commissioning and system optimization
Support mission-critical and data center projects (preferred not required)
Interface with clients and mentor junior engineers

What You Bring:

10 years of controls engineering experience
Strong PLC programming background (Rockwell preferred)
Experience with Ignition SCADA
Experience with field device gateways and industrial networking
Data center or mission-critical experience is a plus
Bachelors degree in Engineering preferred not required
We are looking for a technically strong hands-on engineer who can own projects from design through commissioning and thrive in complex high-performance environments.
