Job Summary

IAM Support Staff (Saviynt)

Fedtec is seeking an experienced Identity Management & Governance Specialist with expertise in Saviynt. The role focuses on ensuring smooth operations of identity management processes improving security compliance and enhancing user experience through effective access management.

Location: Vienna VA (Hybrid)

Responsibilities:

Resolve incident tickets related to Identity Management & Governance services.
Fulfill service catalog requests and complete release and change tickets.
Perform security vulnerability remediation tasks involving Saviynt configuration changes.
Ensure proper access management to reduce security risks and maintain compliance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support identity lifecycle management.
Participate in rotational on-call support to address urgent issues.

Minimum Qualifications / Skills

5 10 years of experience in supporting Identity Management and Governance services preferably using Saviynt.
Strong understanding of identity lifecycle management access requests and role-based access control.
Experience with incident management change management and service request fulfillment.
Knowledge of security compliance standards and vulnerability remediation processes.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and in a team environment.
