POSITION OVERVIEW This role sits within the US-Comms Media & Technology group at a Level 9 seniority. The team is focused on delivering high-quality Varicent ICM and ELT components to support complex client Partner Incentive programs.

DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop test and deliver Varicent ICM components.
Build and maintain ELT (Symon) components for data integration.
Design and deploy Varicent reporting dashboards for incentive tracking.
Analyze business requirements to translate them into technical Varicent configurations.
Collaborate with the team on Artificial Intelligence (AI) enhancements within the toolset.
Ensure the accuracy and performance of the Partner Incentive program data.
