Job Description:
Seeking an Oracle HCM Business Systems Analyst to support HR business users and system initiatives within a Financial domain environment. The role involves working closely with business stakeholders and offshore technical teams to gather requirements document functional specifications and support implementation activities related to Oracle Fusion HCM modules.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with HR business users to understand business processes and system requirements
- Facilitate requirement-gathering workshops and stakeholder discussions
- Translate business requirements into functional documents user stories and process flows
- Collaborate with offshore technical teams to clarify requirements and support implementation
- Support functional testing UAT and production readiness
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and innovative system solutions
- Act as a strong team player in a global delivery environment

Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Business Systems Analyst supporting Oracle Fusion HCM

- Ability to think creatively and propose effective system solutions
