Job Title: Oracle HCM Technical Developer (ORC Specialist)

Overview:
Seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Technical Developer with strong Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) expertise to develop integrations extracts and reporting solutions across Oracle HCM. The role focuses on ORC development along with Core HR Payroll OTL and Absence technical support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) HCM Extracts for candidate and requisition data.
- Build integrations between ORC and external ATS platforms / Job boards.
- Develop inbound and outbound integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
- Create OTBI and BI Publisher reports for recruiting and HR analytics.
- Develop and maintain HCM Extracts across Core HR Payroll Absence and OTL.
- Build Fast Formulas for payroll absence and HR business logic.
- Develop applications and extensions using VBCS Visual Builder and Oracle APEX.
- Support Redwood UI enhancements and migrations across HCM pages.
- Develop REST/SOAP integrations and APIs for HCM data exchange.
- Collaborate with technical teams to design scalable Oracle HCM integration architecture.
Requirements:
- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC).
- Experience building HCM Extracts across recruiting and HR modules.
- Expertise with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) integrations.
- Strong experience with Fast Formulas OTBI and BI Publisher reporting.
- Experience with VBCS Visual Builder and Oracle APEX development.
- Strong PL/SQL development skills.
- Experience supporting Core HR Payroll OTL and Absence modules.
- Hands-on experience with REST APIs and SOAP web services.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Redwood UI migration projects.
- Experience supporting large-scale Oracle HCM implementations.
- Experience integrating Oracle HCM with external ATS or HR systems.
Work Allocation:
