Job Summary
Major responsibilities:
Review of Project Requirements
Study motor design specifications objectives and scope.
Ensure alignment with performance requirements along with driven equipment such as torque speed efficiency and thermal limits.
Identify gaps or ambiguities in motor design requirements.
Review of Technical Documents
Evaluate clarity completeness and compliance with engineering standards for motor designing.
Design Suitability Assessment
Assess the suitability of motor designs against project requirements.
Use ANSYS Electronics to analyse and validate motor performance.
Support identification of design improvements based on analysis results.
Manufacturing
Vendor development for motor manufacturing.
Handle motor manufacturing.
Requirement profile:
Formal education: BE/ME Electrical
Professional experience: Can Motor Designing Expertise
In years: 6 Years
Defined competencies:
Functional
Expertise in Canned Motor designing.
Basic understanding of electric motor fundamentals.
Knowledge of 3-phase induction motor design principles.
Ability to read and interpret technical and component drawings.
Understanding of customer technical specifications and requirements.
Working knowledge of ANSYS Electronics for motor modelling and analysis.
Knowledge of electrical measuring instruments.
Ability to communicate effectively with vendors and cross-functional departments for document submission and coordination.
Knowledge of SAP.
