Berklee is looking for a compassionate resourceful and highly collaborative Case Manager to help our students navigate the complexities of health and this student-centered role you will be a vital link between students and the support they need to overcome barriers to their success. While this is not a clinical role it requires the heart of a caregiver and the precision of a strategist to ensure no student falls through the cracks. At Berklee your work directly supports the next generation of creative leaders.
About the Role & Responsibilities
Reporting to the Senior Case Manager you will work as a navigator for students dealing with physical and mental health challenges. You will facilitate care plans that span internal departments (like Student Affairs) and external resources (like healthcare providers and social service agencies).

Hiring Range: $58650 to $69000; salary dependent on relevant experience and education.
