The Operations and Analytics team sits at the intersection of the Roblox platform and our most important brand partners. This role is a partner-facing position which requires the ability to interact with our data using SQL solve highly analytical problems and communicate compelling narratives that address those problems. Youll help define and drive strategic operational and organizational optimizations across the company with a focus on brand partners needs.
You Will:
- Join a self-starting environment and leverage data and analytics to learn new skills and become an expert on Robloxs unique business model
- Work closely with the Brand Partnerships team in identifying processes or capabilities that could benefit from product automation and development
- Work closely with brand partners to understand and solve their most complex problems by digging into trends and providing actionable insights to partners and partner success managers
- Skilled communicator and able to facilitate conversations regardless of group size or seniority level
- Able to work collaboratively with team members across departments (Leadership XFN teams Product Engineering etc.)
- Create presentations and data stories to communicate success in our partnerships and why partners should continue growing their presence on Roblox
- Conduct insightful analysis of major marketing initiatives to understand the drivers of successful projects on Roblox
- Synthesize analysis and key insights into recommendations for senior leadership across Product Business Development and Finance teams
You Have:
- 4 years working in an analytical business strategy role or other fast-paced environments (investment banking private equity or consulting)
- Exhibit intellectual curiosity and an ability to synthesize large amounts of data to create actionable insights
- Well-versed in SQL Tableau and other BI tools
- Drive to develop a deep understanding of business issues and craft well thought out solutions
- Advanced Excel skills to analyze data and create operational models along with clear presentation skills to communicate that analysis broadly and clearly
