The demand for our servicesisrapidly growingandwe are looking forCapital ProjectsSeniorManagersthat canlead and drive ourCapital Projects servicesfor our Nordic clients.We are also seeking individuals who haveexpertisein Contract and Commercial ManagementPermitManagement or Cost Management.

Your Role

As aCapital Projects SeniorManageryou willrepresentand support asset owners in the planning and execution of large complex capital projectsensuring strong governance commercial control and performance transparency.

You will:

• Lead full lifecycle oversight from early planning and procurement through construction and close-out

• Act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders

• Drive cost schedule risk and change management discipline

• Oversee contractor coordination commercial negotiations and contract compliance

• Ensure regulatory and permitting alignment

• Implement structured reporting and modern project controls

• Lead and develop multidisciplinary teams

• Contribute to business development and strengthen long-term client relationships

You will play a key role in strengthening and expanding our Infrastructure & Capital Projects practice in Norway.

Who Were Looking For

You are a senior capital project leader with strong commercial judgment and delivery experience.

You bring:

• Extensive experience in large-scale construction or infrastructure projects (owner-side experience is an advantage)

• Strong understanding of contract management cost controlrisk managementandproject governance

• Experience managing complex stakeholder environments

• Confidence engaging senior decision-makers

• Ability to combine strategic perspective with hands-on execution

Experiencefrom capital investment projectswithindata centers energy infrastructure or large public investments is highly valued.

Education:

• Masters degree inEngineeringConstruction managementArchitectureLawBusiness or similar

• Extensive relevant experience may compensate for formal education

Location:Oslo or Stavanger. Some on-site presenceis.
