Job Summary
Are you ready to shape the future of energy Join us as a Portfolio and Operations Manager where youll play a key role in driving operational excellence and delivering tailored solutions in the dynamic energy sector.
What you will do:
Manage systems products and operations within the B2B retail market.
Collaborate with front office physical desk and other units to enhance cooperation and service delivery.
Oversee the deal lifecycle ensuring quality control for customer onboarding offboarding and implementation of changes.
Support the Lead B2B Nordic and represent business interests in internal meetings.
Develop tools and reporting for portfolio and customer management.
Analyze inefficiencies and initiate concepts and projects for improvement.
What you bring & who you are:
Bachelors degree or higher in engineering economics finance or a related field.
35 years of experience in energy financial services or controlling.
Proficiency in business reporting techniques tools and methodologies.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for operational efficiency.
Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
Fluency in Norwegian Swedish or Danish and proficiency in English.
Strong IT skills and enthusiasm for learning new systems and architectures.
