Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to plan execute and deliver technology projects on time within scope and within budget. The IT Project Manager will work cross-functionally with business stakeholders developers vendors and leadership to ensure successful project outcomes while managing risks timelines and resources.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end IT projects from initiation through delivery and closure
- Define project scope goals deliverables and success metrics
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans schedules and budgets
- Coordinate internal teams external vendors and stakeholders
- Manage project risks issues dependencies and change requests
- Communicate project status milestones and risks to leadership
- Ensure projects align with business objectives and IT standards
- Facilitate meetings sprint planning (if Agile) and retrospectives
- Ensure documentation compliance and quality standards are met
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science or related field
- 37 years of experience managing IT or software projects
- Strong understanding of SDLC infrastructure and/or cloud environments
- Experience with Agile Scrum or Waterfall methodologies
- Proficiency with project management tools (ServiceNow MS Project Smartsheet Asana etc.)
- Excellent communication leadership and organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications
- PMP CAPM Scrum Master or Agile certification
- Experience working with cross-functional or distributed teams
- Background in cybersecurity ERP cloud migration or systems integration
- Vendor and contract management experience
