Job Summary

Profile:MIS Executive-Textile-Surat-30k

Experience:

  • 1 - 3 years experience in MIS Data Entry or Reporting roles

  • Freshers with strong Excel knowledge can also apply.

Salary:25k to 30k

Roles:

  1. Data Management

    • Maintain daily production sales and inventory data in Excel.

    • Ensure all data records are updated and accurate.

  2. Report Preparation

    • Prepare daily weekly and monthly MIS reports for management.

    • Generate reports related to production dispatch and stock.

  3. Excel & Data Analysis

    • Use Excel functions such as formulas pivot tables and data filters.

    • Analyse data trends and highlight important insights.

  4. Coordination with Departments

    • Work with accounts production and sales teams to collect required data.

    • Ensure smooth flow of information between departments.

  5. Database Maintenance

    • Maintain proper records of company operations.

    • Organize and store reports and documents systematically.

  6. Process Improvement

    • Identify gaps in reporting and suggest improvements.

    • Help management track performance through proper data reporting.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree in Commerce Business Administration Computer Applications or any related field

  • Basic understanding of business data and reporting

Preferred:

  • / BBA / BCA / (IT)
