Role Overview

We are looking for a skilledTableau Developerto design and developManagement Information (MI) and Business Intelligence dashboardsthat support data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in data visualization SQL and working with large datasets. Experience within theinsurance domainwill be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

Design develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau.
BuildMI (Management Information) reporting solutionsfor business stakeholders.
Write and optimizeSQL queriesto extract transform and analyze data.
Work closely with business teams to understand reporting requirements and convert them into BI solutions.
Ensure data accuracy consistency and performance of dashboards.
Support data analysis and provide insights through visualizations.
Collaborate with data engineers and analysts to integrate multiple data sources.

Required Skills

Strong hands-on experience withTableau Desktop and Tableau Server.
Proficiency inSQLfor data extraction and manipulation.
Experience indata visualization dashboard development and BI reporting.
Good understanding ofdata modeling and data analysis.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
