About the Role

As a Remuneration Advisor you will manage remuneration approvals provide expert advice on out-of-cycle pay reviews support the annual pay reviews and remuneration analytics. You will leverage your analytical skills and in-depth knowledge of remuneration principles market trends and regulatory requirements to guide and support our business partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage remuneration approval processes.
  • Provide strategic advice on remuneration matters to Talent Operations People Partnering and people leaders.
  • Analyse market trends and regulatory requirements to ensure competitive and compliant remuneration practices.
  • Partner effectively with stakeholders to balance business interests and apply the Remuneration Framework.
  • Support the delivery of the annual remuneration review cycle including preparation of review datasets modelling scenarios and supporting documentation

Experience and Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of remuneration principles and market trends.
  • Proven experience in advising and consulting within a business partnering model.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate complex information clearly and effectively.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to balance competing interests.
  • Experience in market analysis job evaluations and advisory roles.
  • Proficiency in advanced Excel and data analysis tools.
