This role suits a friendly flexible and reliable person over the age of 18 with professional and/or personal experience caring for infants and toddlers and can make an ongoing weekly commitment for a minimum of 6 months. Red Cross will ensure you have training ongoing support and access to other opportunities within the worlds largest humanitarian network. The impactAs a Volunteer Child Minder you will reduce barriers for young parents to access education by providing safe and nurturing child minding to their children. Additionally you will play an important role working directly with infants and toddlers to achieve critical developmental goals. Application requirementsFor this role you will be required to undertake a National Police Check which will be organised through Red Cross. To submit this an application you will be need to upload a recent copy of your CV and/or provide details for two professional references who can provide a reference in relation to your contact with role will also require you to hold or apply for a NSW Working With Children Check.
