About the service

One of Queenslands largest regional health services delivering care across a broad network of hospitals and community facilities. The team provides specialist mental health assessment and treatment for children adolescents and their families working closely with schools GPs and community providers.

The role

In this position you will:

• Deliver specialist psychiatric assessment and treatment to children and young people
• Support families through evidence-based recovery-focused care
• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams across inpatient and community settings
• Provide clinical leadership and contribute to service development
• Support access to specialist services across rural and regional communities
