Job Summary
ESSENTIALFUNCTIONS:
MATCHES WORK FOR OPERATORS.
SIGNS UP MACHINES THAT NEED REPAIRED IF SUPERVISOR IS NOT AVAILABLE.
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES AS NEEDED.
COMMUNICATION WITH ALL SEWING OPERATORS.
THE SERVICE PERSON ALSO HANDLES RECUTS AND ENTERS THE INFORMATION FROM THE JOB CARD
ONTO THE RECUT SHEET.
SUPPLY OPERATORS WITH FINDINGS AS NEEDED.
EDUCATION&EXPERIENCEQUALIFICATIONS:
High School diploma or GED
Must be able to read and comprehend English language instructions
Positive attitude and demonstrated ability to work well with a team
Good attendance record
Ability to navigate a computer
PHYSICALREQUIREMENTS:
Standing sitting walking bending as needed.
Hearing and vision required to be within normal ranges with or without correction.
Using proper lifting technique may be required to lift objects up to 40lbs.
May be required to operate traditional office equipment including computers copiers
fax machines and telephonesif needed.
MENTALREQUIREMENTS:
Displays ambitious positive attitude
Interpersonal skills to build relationships withsite leadership and team be
required to occasionally interact with customers.
Ability to manage multiple priorities meet deadlines work proactively and independently
in afast-changingenvironment
Goodcommunication skills (verbal and written)
