DescriptionAbout The Role
The Exterior Design Coordinator is responsible for supporting the design and selection process for exterior finishes on new homes and communities. This role ensures that all exterior selections meet company standards developer guidelines and customer expectations while maintaining accuracy in documentation and timely communication across departments.
What Youll Do
- Responsible for processing exterior selection documents and change orders.
- Ensure selections comply with architectural guidelines HOA requirements and company standards.
- Collaborate with the Exterior Selections Manager to update and refine design options based on trends and availability.
- Enter and maintain accurate selections in company systems (e.g. SalesHub Selections Hub).
- Track and update changes to selections promptly to avoid delays.
- Assist with special projects as needed.
- Communicate with Sales Construction Purchasing and Design teams to ensure alignment on exterior selections.
- Provide timely updates on material changes availability issues and design adjustments.
- Support the sales team by answering questions related to exterior selections.
- Complete projects on short notice with extreme time constraints.
RequirementsWhat Were Looking For
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associates degree preferred
- Requires at least 1 year of general work experience
- Demonstrated computer skills including a working knowledge of MS Office products including Outlook Excel Word and PowerPoint
- Current valid Drivers License with acceptable driving record
