| Summary: The main function of an Engineer is to design develop and implement technical solutions that meet project and operational requirements. A typical Engineer is responsible for applying engineering principles conducting analysis and supporting the execution of engineering projects across various disciplines. Job Responsibilities: Design and develop systems components or processes based on project specifications and requirements. Conduct testing analysis and evaluations to ensure functionality safety and compliance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project planning and execution. Prepare technical documentation reports and drawings to communicate engineering concepts. Identify and troubleshoot technical issues proposing effective solutions. Ensure adherence to industry standards codes and regulatory requirements. Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Proficiency in engineering software and tools relevant to the discipline. Ability to interpret technical drawings specifications and data. Effective communication and teamwork skills. Knowledge of industry standards and engineering best practices. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Education: Requires a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Industrial Civil or other approved engineering discipline from an accredited college or university. Experience: Requires a minimum of five years experience in utility design or related project construction design AND a Professional Engineer License. |
