Job Summary:The College Academic Operations Coordinator manages the integration of academic programming enrollment analysis and operations. Utilizes data-driven forecasting and curriculum mapping to optimize course scheduling student success metrics and financial performance. Manages college-wide facility enhancement projects and ensures course schedules faculty workload allocation and faculty review processes are compliant with University and college policies.

Additional Department Summary:Executes college-wide initiatives manages academic operations analyzes resources and oversees institutional systems and processes that support the colleges academic and administrative functions. Proactively identifies and resolves operational issues across the college. Ensures that institutional processes and workflows are efficient data-informed and aligned with college priorities.

Required Minimum Qualifications: Bachelors degree and two (2) years of experience in academic advising academic operations institutional planning or higher education administration; OR masters degree and some experience in academic advising academic operations institutional planning or higher education administration.

Skills and Knowledge:Strong skills in data management assessment/analysis process coordination communication cross-functional collaboration problem-solving and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:Masters or doctoral degree in higher education public administration or a related field and five (5) years experience. Familiarity with academic scheduling systems institutional research tools faculty affairs and workloads and administrative platforms.
