Job Summary
Home Health Speech Therapist
Only licensed personnel need apply. Must hold active Florida ST License. Must have clean background screen. Must have active drivers license. Must have means of transportation. Preferred Bilingual (English/Spanish). Preferred 1 year of home health experience.
Speech Therapist Job Requirements:
-Evaluation of patients and establishing Plan Of Care examinations and obtaining therapy histories. Identifying patients physical issues implementing a plan of care and educating patients to promote safety awareness.
-Timely and accurate documentation.
-Interdisciplinary communication.
-Assisting patients in performing eat swallowing cognitive safety related tasks.
-Promote and educate wellness and health maintenance.
-Provide continuity of care by developing and implementing patient management plans.
-Enhance companys reputation by accomplishing new and different requests explore opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
