As the Restaurant Manager AGM you will play a crucial role in overseeing daily operations ensuring exceptional customer service and maintaining high standards of food quality and safety. You will work closely with the management team to implement strategic initiatives that drive sales and enhance the dining experience for our guests.
We offer a competitive salary range of $55000 - $62000 annually along with a supportive work environment that encourages professional growth and development.
Responsibilities
- Assist in managing day-to-day restaurant operations
- Ensure high standards of food quality and customer service
- Supervise staff and provide training and development opportunities
- Implement marketing strategies to boost sales and customer engagement
- Monitor inventory levels and manage supply orders
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints effectively
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Collaborate with the management team on operational strategies
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a restaurant manager or assistant manager in a fast-casual or casual dining environment.
- Strong customer service skills and a passion for providing exceptional guest experiences.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and restaurant management software.
