Responsibilities
- Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure high standards of service
- Manage and train staff fostering a positive team environment
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Interact with customers to gather feedback and enhance their dining experience
- Assist in menu planning and design
- Analyze financial reports to improve profitability
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Hospitality Management is a plus
- Polished Causal experience
- No frequent job changes
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Excellent customer service abilities
- Basic knowledge of restaurant management software and point of sale systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Basic understanding of financial management and budgeting
