Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Hospitality Management is a plus
- Polished Causal experience
- No frequent job changes
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Excellent customer service abilities
- Basic knowledge of restaurant management software and point of sale systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Basic understanding of financial management and budgeting
