Job Summary
What will be your responsibilities
- Design and deliver training sessions for Beauty Consultants
- Monitor store performance and key KPIs
- Lead product knowledge and sales skills training
- Support the opening of new stores
- Coach and coordinate store managers and trainers
- Apply modern training techniques in practice
- Identify training needs of both teams and individuals
What do we expect from you
- Strong leadership skills and a customer-oriented mindset
- Fluent English at B2 level
- Retail experience (beauty is an advantage) and willingness to travel frequently
- Ability to conduct both in-person and online training
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
