Job Summary

What will be your responsibilities

Design and deliver training sessions for Beauty Consultants
Monitor store performance and key KPIs
Lead product knowledge and sales skills training
Support the opening of new stores
Coach and coordinate store managers and trainers
Apply modern training techniques in practice
Identify training needs of both teams and individuals

What do we expect from you

Strong leadership skills and a customer-oriented mindset
Fluent English at B2 level
Retail experience (beauty is an advantage) and willingness to travel frequently
Ability to conduct both in-person and online training
Excellent communication and presentation skills
