We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition professional to join our recruiting team and drive end-to-end hiring for a fast-growing software product organization.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in direct sourcing environments enjoys building strong talent pipelines and has deep expertise in leveraging LinkedIn and other sourcing channels to identify top technology talent.
You will work closely with hiring managers and leadership to attract and hire high-quality candidates while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end recruitment for technical roles within a software product environment
- Proactively source and engage candidates through LinkedIn professional networks referrals and other direct sourcing channels
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and define effective hiring strategies
- Manage the recruitment lifecycle from sourcing and screening to offer management.
- Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
What Were Looking For
- 35 years of experience in Talent Acquisition with a strong focus on direct sourcing
- Proven experience hiring for software product technology companies
- Strong expertise in LinkedIn sourcing Boolean search and talent mapping
- Experience managing multiple technical roles simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent stakeholder management communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers
