As Technical Lead Business Solutions the systems you build and lead directly shape how Basic-Fit operates and scales across Europe.
This Is What Your Role Looks Like
You lead a multidisciplinary engineering team working across Salesforce low-code platforms and integration technologies. Together with the Business Solutions Lead you translate business needs into robust scalable solutions and a realistic delivery roadmap. You bring an entrepreneurial mindset turning ideas into practical solutions that work at scale even when not everything is defined yet.
Your responsibilities will be:
Leading coaching and developing a multidisciplinary engineering team
Translating business priorities into a technically sound backlog and delivery roadmap
Creating realistic delivery plans by balancing technical complexity team capacity and business priorities
Designing solutions across multiple platforms Salesforce low-code tools and integrations
Defining how systems interact and where functionality should live across the tooling landscape
Acting as the technical authority within the Business Solutions domain and guiding architecture decisions
Ensuring systems are secure scalable and reliable across multiple countries
Establishing strong DevOps release management and operational support practices
Removing technical blockers and helping the team work effectively
Collaborating with operational stakeholders to deliver solutions that work for non-technical users
Who Are You
Youre a technically strong leader with an entrepreneurial mindset. Youre comfortable operating in an environment where not everything is defined yet and you know how to bring structure and direction without slowing things down. You communicate just as easily with engineers as with operational business stakeholders.
Additionally were looking for someone who:
Has experience as a Technical Lead Technical Product Owner Engineering Lead or similar role
Has a strong understanding of system architecture integrations and data flows
Has experience working with SaaS platforms (e.g. Salesforce) low-code tools and integration technologies
Has experience supporting physical operations or location-based businesses (e.g. retail hospitality logistics or fitness)
Has experience designing systems for non-technical operational users
Experience in multi-entity or franchise environments is a strong advantage
Is fluent in English; Dutch is a nice extra for collaboration with operational teams and French Spanish or German is a strong advantage
