Job Summary

Want to join the worlds No. 2 in wines & spirits and work among convivial teams Pernod Ricard is looking for a Raw Materials Sustainable Analyst Apprentice for 12 months starting in August or September 2026. You will be based at the Island our office in central Paris (Saint Lazare Train Station Paris 8).

You will assist the Global Category Manager in her mission with a specific focus on Sustainability and Responsibility (S&R): traceability & certification of raw materials carbon & water footprints ESG compliance among others. The procurement scope is regarding the key Global Raw materials of Pernod Ricard: alcohol sugars cereals botanicals & flavorsetc.

Your key missions:

Raw materials Compliance vs S&R roadmap

  • You will collect KPI for the S&R roadmap (raw material traceability certification GHG reduction initiatives environmental/social risks scores).
  • You will contribute to risk assessment & mitigation of key raw materials to environmental & social aspects.
  • You will monitor & engage internal stakeholders (especially local procurement teams & suppliers) towards raw materials S&R targets.

Core Suppliers Compliance vs Due Diligence

  • You will ensure compliance with Core suppliers vs the internal Due diligence process.
  • You willmonitor & engage internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with Responsible Procurement principles.

Support Global Raw Materials Procurement Strategy development

  • You will help structure the category management for key raw materials.
  • You will generate clear & concise presentations per sub-category.
  • You will map available certified raw materials with suppliers & identify cost impact.
  • You will support contractualization for Regenerative agriculture projects.

  • You are pursuing a Masters degree in agronomy science engineering and sustainability.
  • You are proficient in data analyses and ideally have a strong interest and understanding of sustainability principles.
  • You have previous experience related to food engineering agriculture or equivalent fields. Nice to have: raw material sourcing/procurement experience and international company experience.
  • You speak fluent English; French is a plus.

Please note: to apply you must be able to complete 6 months of internship and have an agreement issued by your school/university.
