Subsidiary of the Société Générale group specialized in the automobile financial services Ayvens born from the combination of ALD Automotive and LeasePlan is the leader of the Operational car leasing. Its range of services allows international companies to concentrate on their business line by delegating the financing the management and the maintenance of their car fleet.
Ayvens Holding is responsible for the development of the group and of the supervision of its activities in 44 countries where it is implanted. It brings a technical support for subsidiaries thanks to its role of coordination and favours the creation of synergies between countries and regions.
Customers looking for partnership expect from their lessor to act as a trusted advisor to help them make the right fleet management and sustainable mobility choices. This need is booming in a context of stronger relationship commitments from our customers and car industry fast changes.
Key Responsibilities
HR Reporting & Data
- Contribute to the collection consolidation and validation of HR data
- Support the production and updating of HR dashboards (headcount payroll compensation benefits performance)
- Carry out basic quantitative analyses based on HR data (headcount tracking payroll evolution key indicators)
- Participate in the preparation of recurring reports for the HR Leadership Team and Finance
Compensation & Benefits Support
- Provide support to the team during annual compensation campaigns (salary reviews variable compensation)
- Contribute to the updating of C&B databases and compensation benchmarks
- Assist in the preparation of analysis materials and HR presentations (Excel PowerPoint)
HR analytics
- Contribute to the preparation of regulatory surveys and studies
- Support the development of HR documentation (Works Council materials internal reporting)
- Assist with the organisation archiving and structuring of HR data and documentation
- Projects & Tools
- Participate in cross-functional HR projects related to data HRIS tools or HR reporting
- Contribute to the continuous improvement and standardisation of reporting processes
Skills & Experience Required
- Masters student (HR Finance Controlling Data Economics or equivalent)
- First experience in HR Finance or Data appreciated (internship or apprenticeship)
- Strong interest in numbers data analysis and reporting
- Excellent knowledge of Excel (pivot tables formulas); PowerPoint is a plus
- Strong attention to detail analytical mindset and rigor
- Curiosity willingness to learn and ability to work in a team
- Comfortable working in an international environment
- Professional proficiency in French and English

Sa gamme de services permet aux entreprises internationales de se concentrer sur leur métier en déléguant le financement la gestion et lentretien de leur flotte automobile.
Ayvens holding est chargée du développement du groupe et de la supervision de ses activités dans les 44 pays où il est implanté. Il apporte un appui technique aux filiales grâce à son rôle de coordination et favorise la création de synergies entre les pays et les régions.

Missions principales
Reporting & Data RH
- Participer à la collecte la consolidation et la fiabilisation des données RH
- Contribuer à la production et à la mise à jour des tableaux de bord RH (effectifs masse salariale rémunération avantages sociaux performance)
- Réaliser des analyses quantitatives simples à partir des données RH (suivi des effectifs évolutions de masse salariale indicateurs clés)
- Participer à la préparation des reportings récurrents à destination de la Direction RH et de la Finance
Compensation & Benefits Support
- Apporter un support à léquipe dans le cadre des campagnes annuelles de rémunération (revues salariales rémunération variable)
- Contribuer à la mise à jour des bases de données C&B et des référentiels de rémunération
- Aider à la préparation de supports danalyse et de présentations RH (Excel PowerPoint)
Études RH
- Contribuer à la préparation des enquêtes et études réglementaires
- Participer à lélaboration de la documentation RH (supports CSE / Comités dEntreprise reporting interne)
- Aider à lorganisation larchivage et la structuration des données et documents RH
Projets & outils
- Participer à des projets RH transverses liés à la data aux outils SIRH ou au reporting RH
- Contribuer à lamélioration et à la standardisation des processus de reporting
Compétences et expériences requises
- Étudiant(e) en Master (RH finance contrôle de gestion data économie ou équivalent) en alternance
- Première expérience en RH finance ou data appréciée (stage ou alternance)
- Forte appétence pour les chiffres lanalyse et les données
- Excellente maîtrise dExcel (tableaux croisés formules) ; PowerPoint apprécié
- Rigueur sens du détail et capacité danalyse
- Curiosité envie dapprendre et capacité à travailler en équipe
- Aisance dans un environnement international
- Maîtrise professionnelle du français et de langlais
