Location: Budapest Hungary

Contract: Permanent / Full-time

Reporting to: Business Operations Manager Hungary

The Opportunity

As a Customer Service & Administration Specialist you will play a key role in ensuring smooth operational financial and administrative processes within the Hungarian CSL organization. This role is central to supporting our customers coordinating with our logistics partners and ensuring accurate order-to-cash and administrative workflows. If you enjoy working in a dynamic international environment and thrive in a role that combines operational excellence communication and problem solving this position is for you.

The Role

  • Act as main customer service contact for hospitals wholesalers payers and the 3PL provider; support deliveries and handle operational/administrative claims.
  • Manage sales orders in ERP: validate orders apply correct pricing track backorders ensure accurate delivery & billing prepare credit/debit notes.
  • Oversee bad debt and dunning: allocate payments prepare overdue reports send reminders reconcile accounts follow up with customers.
  • Maintain accurate customer vendor and material master data; support credit limit setup and price list updates.
  • Prepare financial and compliance reports (Tax Authority invoice reporting Intrastat Environmental Fee internal controls).
  • Support administrative tasks including event coordination contracting authority reporting and vendor management.
  • Serve as deputy for Business Operations roles when needed.

Your Skills and Experience

Education & Experience

  • University/College degree in Economics Commerce or related.
  • 23 years experience in customer service/logistics/commercial operations in an international environment.
  • Pharma industry experience is a plus.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong MS Office skills; SAP experience required.
  • Fluent in Hungarian and English.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organization time management and problem solving abilities.
  • High level of accuracy confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Understanding of office processes; basic legal knowledge is an advantage.
