Technical Service Coordinator – IMDS

Your tasks:

Material Compliance: Take ownership of preparing and managing Material Data Sheets (MDS) in the International Material Data System (IMDS) to ensure full compliance with industry standards.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Serve as a key partner for Project Managers and cooperate effectively with other functional areas. Consult with colleagues to ensure seamless integration of main functions.

Process & Task Management: Coordinate and execute standardized processes. Proactively identify and implement optimizations within your own area of responsibility finding solutions to challenges primarily within established standards.

Documentation & Systems Management: Provide dedicated support to the engineering documentation team by compiling technical documentation packages specifically Bills of Materials (BOMs) and detailed tracking their lifecycle within the SAP environment.

Team Guidance: Provide guidance and support to others within your specific task area.

Qualifications :

Bachelors (BSc) or Masters (MSc) degree in a relevant technical discipline or equivalent professional experience.

Previous experience within the automotive industry is highly desirable.

Professional working proficiency in English is required; proficiency in German is considered a strong asset.

Demonstrated initiative and creativity with the ability to communicate ideas clearly and effectively complemented by excellent social and organizational competencies.
