Inviting applications for the role of Senior Principal Consultant Business Analyst
In this you translate business requirements into technical specifications for data analysis and mapping in Customer risk rating domains. Analyze data and create features to enable effective Customer Risk Ratings compliance.

Responsibilities
Conduct stakeholder interviews to gather requirements for data discovery and scope definition.
Conduct exploratory data analysis during discovery phase.
Map data elements and derive insights for customer risk models. Document source-to-target mappings and business rules for ODL feature creation.
Facilitate workshops for data verification processes comparing old vs. new datasets anomaly detection and reporting discrepancies.
Ensure solutions comply with regulatory frameworks (e.g. OFAC sanctions KYC).
Collaborate with data engineers and analysts to refine features and mappings.
Create and validate ODL features (e.g. aggregating transaction patterns risk indicators).
Generate reports and visualizations to support domain-specific decisions.

Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications / Skills
Bachelors in Business IT or Finance.
Experience in business analysis preferably in banking/tech.
Certifications like CBAP or domain-specific (e.g. CAMS for AML) advantageous.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
Proficiency in requirements gathering use case development and tools like Jira or Confluence.
Knowledge of data modeling and financial compliance domains.
Analytical mindset with strong communication skills.
Experience of working in Customer Risk Rating domain
Proficiency in Python/R SQL and libraries like Pandas Scikit-learn for feature engineering.
Statistical analysis and data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau Power BI).
Understanding of ML concepts for risk modeling.
