About the Role
An exciting leadership opportunity for an experienced AML professional to guide and elevate a team of 9 within a high-performing collaborative environment. Reporting tothe Head of AMLand High-Risk Operationsand sitting within the AMLOperations leadership team you will operationalise the AML/CTF Program ensuring strongmanagementof transaction monitoring andrelatedactivities while supporting ongoing growth andchange implementation due to AMLreforms.
Youllbring clarity to daily operations act as an SME on TM-related changes and partner closely with senior stakeholders to ensure compliance quality and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Leadcoachand develop a team of 9 driving accountability and performance
Oversee transaction monitoringcustomerscreening UARs andotherprocessesundertaken by the team
Manage daily workflows SLAsescalationsand incident support
Review quality outcomes and embed strong feedback loops
Act as SMEforreformschangesimpactingyour team supporting procedure and systemenhancementsand leading the team through changes
Track performance metrics and ensure adherence to AML/CTF obligations
Partner withLine 1 and Line 2stakeholders to align on risk decisions
Support training cross-skillingand uplift of work instructions
About You
Strong AML/CTF background ideally with Transaction Monitoring and ECDD experience
Proven people leader who builds trustcapabilityand clarity
Confident communicator comfortable engaging senior stakeholders
Collaborative and culturally aligned with strong stakeholder management skills
Structured and solutions-focused with sound judgement and attention to detail
