About the Role
As a Salesforce Functional Associate youll be part of a team of problem solvers helping clients design and implement Salesforce solutions that drive business transformation. Youll bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions ensuring that Salesforce applications deliver measurable impact.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with clients to gather and document functional requirements.
Analyze business processes and recommend Salesforce-based solutions.
Prepare specifications process flows and functional documentation.
Work closely with technical teams to test and validate custom solutions integrations and migrations.
Maintain a backlog of requests for enhancements bug fixes and new features.
Ensure deliverables meet both technical standards and client expectations.
Track and report project status to stakeholders.
Contribute to Agile ceremonies and project planning sessions.
Communicate effectively with clients and team members across diverse backgrounds.
About You
Were looking for someone who combines business analysis skills with Salesforce expertise.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelors degree in IT Computer Science Engineering or related fields.
23 years of Salesforce functional experience across platforms (Sales Cloud Service Cloud Marketing Cloud Experience Cloud Education Cloud Financial Services Cloud or Health Cloud).
At least one Salesforce certification (e.g. Administrator Platform App Builder or Consultant track).
Strong understanding of Salesforce functionality configuration and solution design.
Skilled in client engagement and collaboration with technical teams.
Excellent communication skills in English.
Ability to deliver results in a fast-paced multicultural environment.
Curious and proactive in learning new features with a passion for sharing knowledge.
