Job Summary
岗位概述:
运营阶段协助部门经理进行工厂的运营和改善包括工厂Capex项目和DNA项目的实施和推进生产工艺设备产品质量的控制和分析规章制度各种管理体系日常事务等的管理保证压榨生产的运行正常和持续改善
项目建设与施工阶段作为车间现场施工负责人保证与其他部门和建设单位的良好沟通保证施工安全进度质量保证项目建设与未来投产需求匹配确保项目正常调试由项目阶段正常转向正常运营
主要职责:
运营阶段
贯彻和执行工厂安全健康环境程序和食品安全程序
清晰了解生产物料和能源平衡可发现工艺车间问题并提出和执行整改计划
对车间相关档案技术文件进行收纳更新管理
分析工艺运行各项指标对于异常指标及时进行分析制定解决方案
负责DNA协调与沟通 负责DNA 每月及半年的考核及时更新维护信息
协助促进压榨车间持续改进保证车间创新实施独立牵头Kaizen项目
协助完成车间的年度CAPEX项目提报与实施
负责压榨部门含压榨/内物流工艺安全定期组织工艺安全相关课题的培训
负责压榨车间自动化程序优化升级等相关对接工作
协助完成上级领导交付的临时工作
项目建设与施工阶段
负责安全监督保证现场施工安全现场施工遵守安全规范
协助进行现场施工审图从生产运营角度提出合理建议改善车间运营效果
负责压榨车间自控程序联锁PDS的编制与程序对接
协助完成设备调试工艺调试保证车间的正常运营
协助完成上级领导交付的临时工作
Qualifications :
技能知识
熟悉压榨工艺自动化程序控制逻辑
熟练掌握压榨工艺知识化工原理
熟练操作AutoCADMS Office软件
工作经历:
三年以上油脂/化工行业工作经验2年以上压榨车间操作经验
教育背景:
全日制本科学历油脂加工食品工程机械化工等相关专业优先
语言能力:
通过英语四六级优先具备基础的英语听说读写能力
