Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

• Partner with product managers engineers designers and cross-functional stakeholders across the design process and product development lifecycle
• Design and support delivery of thoughtful and scalable solutions that deliver measurable business outcomes
• Work handson to translate emerging AI capabilities into practical product experiences shaping flows interactions and UI that make complex behaviour understandable and usable.
• Collaborate closely with Product Engineering and Data teams during discovery and delivery to explore solutions test assumptions and iterate toward outcomes that genuinely help customers.
• Design interactions that give users appropriate visibility and control over AIdriven behaviour including how outputs are presented explained and acted upon.
• Advocate for users by identifying opportunities to simplify complexity and influence product decisions with a user-centered mindset
• Conduct agile research using qualitative and quantitative methods to gain deep understanding of problem spaces and user needs and support evidence-based design decisions
• Create low- and high-fidelity prototypes and designs to explore concepts and validate assumptions
• Execute usability testing across concept and high-fidelity prototypes to refine designs and validate assumptions
• Produce well-documented design artifacts that enable smooth development handovers
• Contribute to HUB24s Design System by creating updating and managing reusable UI components
• Build and maintain our pattern library aligned with group standards for consistency usability and accessibility
• Ensure design delivery meets enterprise-level quality standards
• Seek out and embrace feedback from peers and stakeholders and aim to provide thoughtful feedback to team members and drive continuous process improvements

Requirements:

• 6 years experience in product design UX or interaction design (digital SaaS or platform products)
• Strong experience designing complex workflows and systems-driven products
• Proven ability to lead design work independently and deliver impact in ambiguous problem spaces
• Excellent skills across interaction design UX and visual design
• Strong product thinking able to balance user needs business outcomes and technical constraints
• Confidence working from problem definition through to polished execution
• Experience working in cross-functional agile product teams
• Ability to influence product and delivery decisions through design leadership
• Clear confident communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience in fintech wealth trading or other regulated domains (highly regarded)
• Understanding of front-end technologies (HTML CSS JavaScript) (highly regarded)
