Job Summary
The assigned BA must demonstrate:
Strong technical business analysis capability
Experience working on digital platform migrations
Understanding of API-based integrations
Ability to interpret orchestration/middleware flows
Proven experience writing agile functional requirements (user stories acceptance criteria)
for complex platform builds.
Familiarity with structuring user stories in standard agile formats (e.g BDD / Given-When-
Then)
Experience working with low-code platforms (Unqork preferred)
Insurance or financial services experience preferred
Experience translating legacy functionality into structured backlog artifacts
The BA must be comfortable engaging both business stakeholders and technical architects.
